Cookies

Advertising and measurement. Gain Hotline pages (gainhotline.com) use the Meta Pixel and Meta Conversions API. These tell Meta when someone who saw one of our ads visits the site or books a call, so we can measure our ads and show them to people likely to find them useful. Meta may set its own cookies and use this information under its own data policy. You can adjust how Meta uses it in your Facebook or Instagram ad preferences, and you can block these cookies in your browser.
Session analytics. Gain Hotline pages also use Microsoft Clarity to understand how visitors use the page, such as scrolling, clicks, and where people stop reading, so we can improve it. Clarity uses cookies and records page interactions; it does not record what you type into the booking form, which is hosted by Cal.com. Microsoft processes this information under its privacy statement.
Data retention
We keep personal information only as long as needed for the purposes above, to maintain our business records, and to meet legal obligations, after which we delete or de-identify it.
Your choices and rights
Depending on where you live, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, or restrict the use of your personal information, and to opt out of certain processing. To make a request, contact us at privacy@gainadvisory.com. We will respond consistent with applicable law. You can unsubscribe from non-essential emails at any time using the link in the email or by contacting us.
